Ratchet & Clank is a three-dimensional platform shooter game that was released on 22nd April 2016 (in the UK) for the PlayStation 4. So now after I’ve blabbed on about my background of this game, I will tell you some basic information about it.

When I bought my PlayStation 4 back in 2015, I hoped that many franchises would return/appear on the console – such as this series, and to my happiness – most of them have! Anyway, who would of thought that a game featuring a lombax and a robot would create such a great franchise! Well to be honest, the original developers of the game – Insomniac Games, also developed the PS1 Spyro the Dragon trilogy, so there’s no surprise there. It’s such a great series, and in my opinion, it’s one of PlayStation’s best IP’s. I should probably start this review by saying that Ratchet & Clank is one of my favourite video game franchises, even though I only had my first experience of it a couple of years ago.
